Carsaman provides independent commercial-vehicle inspection, compliance, and pre-acquisition evaluation services. Specific terms for any engagement are described in the written scope and quote we provide before work begins.
2. Use of the website

3. Inspection reports
Our reports reflect the condition of the inspected vehicle at the time of inspection, based on a visual and diagnostic examination. Inspections do not detect every possible defect or future failure. Reports are not warranties of mechanical condition, roadworthiness, or future performance.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carsaman's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Carsaman is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
5. Independence
Carsaman does not perform mechanical repair work on vehicles it inspects, and does not accept commissions or referral fees from repair shops it recommends. This independence is a core part of our value to clients.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and the Carsaman logo, is owned by or licensed to Carsaman Fleet Services and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
