    Intake call

We talk through your fleet, your sites, your insurer's expectations, and which findings would actually change your decisions. No paperwork yet.

  2. 021–3 days

    Schedule & scope

Within 48 hours you get a written scope, a fixed quote, and a calendar slot. We book ourselves around your dispatch, not the other way around.

  3. 03½–2 days

    On-site inspection

We arrive with the mobile inspection truck — diagnostic gear, lighting, lifts, and a printer. We work through your fleet in batches that don't interrupt operations.

  4. 04Same day

    Report delivery

Per-vehicle PDFs land in your inbox by end of business. A fleet-level rollup follows by end of the week. Everything is photo-backed, plain-English, and structured for the people who actually read it.

  5. 05Optional

    Recommendations

If you want, we'll walk your maintenance manager or insurer through the findings on a follow-up call. We don't sell repairs, but we'll suggest local shops we trust.

Let's talk about your fleet.

Most engagements start with a 20-minute call to scope your fleet, your sites, and the documentation your insurer or auditor expects.
