Trade-in triage and lot-ready scoring.
The dealer reconditioning workflow we run for two franchise stores and four independents in Lodi, Elk Grove, and Galt — built to reduce post-sale comebacks and price inventory honestly.

Overview
Trade-in pricing is more art than science, but the science part — what the vehicle actually needs — is where dealers most often lose money. We provide the science end of that equation, fast.
Our reconditioning workflow runs alongside your detail and service line. We score each unit, flag anything that crosses a customer-comeback threshold, and hand back recommended retail and wholesale tracks.

FAQ
Questions we hear about this service
How fast can you turn a unit around?+
Most trade-ins are scored within 90 minutes of intake. Lot-ready inspections run about 45 minutes per unit.
Do you compete with our service department?+
No. We don't perform repairs. We hand the recondition work back to your shop or your preferred outside vendor.
Can you train our salespeople on what to look for?+
Yes. We run a half-day training session for dealer floor teams on initial trade walk-arounds, included in any standing monthly contract.
