Recurring fleet inspections — on your yard, on a schedule.
A standing monthly or quarterly visit. We bring the truck, the tools, and the cameras. You get a per-vehicle report by end-of-day, and a fleet-level rollup by end-of-week.

Overview
Reactive maintenance is expensive. Surprise breakdowns cost an average of $760 in lost revenue per day of downtime before you even count the repair invoice. A standing inspection contract turns surprise into schedule.
Our recurring program is built for operators with 10 to 300 vehicles. We come to your yard with a mobile inspection rig, work through your fleet in batches, and hand you documentation that lives somewhere between a routine PM checklist and a full diagnostic.
What gets inspected
- Tires, tread depth, rotation pattern, sidewall wear
- Brake pads, rotors, lines, parking-brake function
- Suspension, ball joints, sway bars, mounts
- Engine bay: belts, hoses, fluids, leaks
- OBD-II scan: stored, pending, and historic codes
- Charging system: battery load test, alternator output
- Lighting, signaling, reverse cameras, telematics indicators
- Body, glass, mirrors, decals, fleet ID
- Interior: seatbelts, gauges, HVAC, wear
- Documentation: registration, insurance, prior service

FAQ
Questions we hear about this service
How long does a visit take for a 25-truck fleet?+
Usually a single business day with two techs on-site, or two days with one tech. Most clients schedule us for a Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
Do you work around our operating hours?+
Yes. For yards that run AM dispatch, we typically start at 6:00 AM. For 24/7 operations, we work a rolling schedule so no vehicle is held back for more than 90 minutes.
Can we use your reports for our insurer?+
Yes — that's a primary use case. Our format is designed for commercial-auto underwriters and is currently accepted by every carrier our clients have asked about.
Do you flag warranty items?+
We do. If a finding looks like it falls under an active manufacturer or extended warranty, we note it and provide the supporting documentation.
