By accessing or using carsaman.com, requesting a quote, or booking an auto transport service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Carsaman is a licensed auto transport broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange the shipment of vehicles by matching customers with FMCSA-authorized carriers in our network. The actual transportation is performed by independent, licensed motor carriers.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If pickup or delivery locations, vehicle details, condition, or timing change materially after booking, pricing may be adjusted. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel a booking free of charge any time before a carrier has been dispatched. Once a carrier has accepted and been dispatched to your shipment, cancellation fees may apply — these will always be disclosed in writing beforehand.
Payment terms vary by shipment and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Any balance due at delivery is paid directly to the carrier's driver by the method agreed at booking (cash, cashier's check, Zelle, etc.).
You represent that the vehicle described in your booking is accurate. Federal regulations restrict personal belongings inside shipped vehicles; any items left in the vehicle are transported at your own risk and are not covered by the carrier's cargo insurance.
Every carrier we assign carries active cargo insurance meeting or exceeding federal minimums. If damage occurs during transport, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery. Claims are filed with the carrier's insurer; Carsaman will assist you throughout the claims process.
Estimated transit times are good-faith estimates based on typical route conditions. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or driver-hour regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carsaman's liability for any claim arising from our brokerage services is limited to the amount of the brokerage fee paid by the customer for the specific shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carsaman, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
