Carsaman was founded by Cynthia Hernandez in 2019 after a personal auto transport experience that went sideways — missed pickup, silent driver, mystery surcharges. She was convinced there had to be a better way to move a car across the country.
She spent the next year learning the industry from the inside out — getting licensed as an auto transport broker, building relationships with vetted carriers, and putting written service standards in place that most brokers still don't offer today.
What started as a one-person operation out of Orlando now moves thousands of vehicles a year — but Cynthia still personally reviews every account.
